CHRISTIAN HOMESHARE HOUSE RULES

In order to maintain peace and harmony for the benefits of all Christian Homeshare members, each member is required to put forth best effort to follow this HOUSE RULES which is a part of the rental agreement. This House Rules is strictly enforced.

1. WE HONOR GOD EVERYTHING WE DO.
2. CONSERVE ENERGY. TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS, TV , APPLIANCES OFF when they are not in usage. Use portable oven to bake only. Use W/D with full loads only from Friday pm to Sunday pm.
3. NO DISRESPECT /HARRASSMENT: Cursing, using profanity, threatening or harassing to Residents, Operator or Operator
4. NO ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR in or around the house.
5. NO BORROWING or Loaning Monies among housemates.
6. NO SMOKING. Smoke outside the house only.
7. NO PET: Except service dogs with prior approval.
8. NO INTOXICATION or disorderly conduct in the house.
9. NO ILLEGAL DRUGS USE or DRUG SALES.
10. LIMITED VISIORS : OnlyOccasional and limited numbers of visitors are Ok until 9 pm. Occasional Overnight visit by married spouse or minor children requires prior approval.
11. NO HOUSE KEYS/CODE TO GUESTS: Do not give out the property entrance door codes to visitors or any one not a resident of the house.
12. CLEANLINESS: Collectively keep the entire house clean at all time. (a) Leave no left-over food outside. (b) Clean up after each usage at bathrooms, kitchen or washer/dryer. (c) leave no dirty dishes outside.
13. QUIET AND PEACE ENVIRONMENT. Loud music, screaming, singing, talking, TV disturbing housemates are not allowed in the house.
14. NO STEALING: TakingFood or Personal properties, including those in vacant rooms, without their owner’s consent,is a theft and it is prohibited.
15. SHARED BATHROOM ABUSE: holding up shared bathroom too long while others are in need is an act of being grossly inconsiderate to others and it is a violation of House Rules.
16. No Appliance or AC unit in Private Room : No microwave or refrigerator is allowed in resident bedroom without consent from Operator.
17. Intentionally damaging the property is ground for immediate eviction.
